Leesa is a specialist in Culture, Leadership, Talent and Workforce Strategy. She is highly regarded as a thought leader and a game changer, partnering with executive teams and organisations to transform the way they think, engage and develop their people. Her goal is to help leaders and their people discover their innate strengths and apply these in the context of 'selling better'. This work is then used as a catalyst to guide the design of better organisation and people systems.

With over two decades of experience in front line sales, customer service and senior HR roles, Leesa understands the evolving complexities, commercial realities and ambiguity that business leaders face right now.

Leesa has anchored her success in leading, designing and implementing business transformation strategies across multiple sectors, geographies and operating circumstances. Leesa has worked with AXA, Optus, Jones Lang LaSalle, QBE, Suncorp, Study Group, icare (NSW Government) and Canon. Some of Leesa's recent achievements include:

  • Canon:
    Leesa led the re-design of the culture, values, leadership, employee engagement, talent and succession frameworks align with One strategy. Leesa also conducted a strategic review of sales capability, frameworks and tools. As a part of this review Canon decided to partner with Barrett Consulting to pilot a solutions model resulting in an immediate uplift in sales.

    Leesa developed and implemented the people and culture strategy as part of a multi-faceted program to transform the NSW workers insurance scheme.
  • Study Group
    Study Leesa led the people and communications strategy of a major transformation program in line with an acquisition, several divestments and extensive regulatory reform.

Leesa is a certified executive coach, facilitator and business advisor. She is someone who challenges the status quo and works collaboratively with all stakeholders. Leesa is highly attuned to both contemporary and emergent practices in behavioural science, the digital economy, mental health and wellbeing.

Leesa is also actively involved in several pro-bono and volunteer pursuits as a coach, mentor, speaker and panelist. Her areas of interest and expertise include culture, talent, workforce the future of , 'the future of HR', digital transformation, emotional literacy, mental health, diversity and inclusion.

Rebecca is a registered psychologist with a particular interest in helping individuals, teams, and organisations achieve their full potential. Rebecca draws on a broad range of practical and technical skills to deliver the most effective tailored solution to address our clients’ needs. Rebecca has worked across a range of industries, including hospitality, health, finance, NGOs, recruitment, education, and government. She worked for over four years in social research, where she specialised in strategic and organisational development.

Rebecca is a firm believer in the value of benchmarking and evaluation, and enjoys working with all forms of data. She knows the importance of combining qualitative and quantitative data to gain a full understanding of the issues at hand and develop well rounded solutions. Rebecca helps our clients identify their needs and works in partnership with them to leverage their internal skills and resources to achieve their goals.
