Key to a healthy life and career is developing emotional resilience and awareness in a variety of situations will support individuals to better achieve their goals, communicate with and manage other people, and spring back emotionally after suffering through a difficult and stressful time in one's life.

The Brain wants to conserve as much energy as possible. When we expend energy from our Brain, it is from our conscious processing – our thinking, our focus, our attention – the things that seem to ensure we are engaged, listening and aware of what is going on within and around us.
