Since 1995 we have assessed more than 70,000 people and offer a range of Selection & Development Packages for Sales People, Customer Service, Leaders, Sales Managers and other business roles.

Rather than offering our clients a vast range of assessments to choose from, Barrett only recommends a Best Practice suite of Assessments be which are reliable and meet industry and ethical standards and support our work with clients in consulting, sales consulting, coaching, sales coaching, sales training, development, profiling, and recruitment.

Quality psychometric assessments, like diagnostic tools used in medicine and other scientific applications, are calibrated to measure specific aspects of self such as Personality, Motives & Values, Attitudes & Behaviours, Leadership Styles & Derailing Behaviours, Call Reluctance, Team Preferences, Communication Styles, Emotional Intelligence (EQ) and Abilities & Aptitudes (IQ).  However, like most instruments, these assessments are not perfect therefore they need to be used in consultation with other reliable data combined with feedback or coaching to give a more complete picture of a person.

Combining years of experience in the use and application of psychometric assessments, we take a holistic approach to assessments and partner with our clients to determine the most suitable Assessment for your needs. We use our comprehensive experience to localise and interpret the information for your organisation.

All assessments are administered online for ease of access and quick turnaround. We provide comprehensive reports designed for both Selection and Development purposes and can offer specific interview questions for use in interviews, reference checking and coaching.
