I had been working in sales for a couple of years and had made the step in my career where a consultative process was needed to suceed with selling a higher priced service and product. I found myself in an all male dominated environment where sales people were quite independent from management. I sought out sales coaching to gain insight from a woman who had a proven track record in today's sales environmen t, who used processes and tools to get results not only for the salesperson but also for the client/prospect..
