		<description>Sue, thanks for your informative post. I&#039;m wondering what assessment tool you would recommend for measuring &#039;How well will they sell&#039;.  I&#039;m currently using Team Management Systems and while their tools are great for team development and leadership development (I&#039;ve used them quite successfully with sales teams - but for development purposes rather than assessing skill), they are not recommended for recruitment or for measuring sales skills. Is there anything that you would recommend I look into? Thanks in advance.</description>
