How profound is that?

I worked for a number of years within a global  company&#039;s HR department at managerial level.

Whether I was accepted or not by line management and senior management depended quite simply on what VALUE i could ADD to the business and how well thought -out was my DECISION MAKING.

So, I totally agree that we all have to sell something WHICH ADDS VALUE to the business or organisation. 

However, I go a step further and  suggest that an internal  service provider must also exhibit high-level decision making skills -  if they are to be included in the strategic planning processes in addition to the operational issues.</description>
