Training Programs and Workshops
BARRETT's Training Programs and Workshops are designed to suit the many levels of skill and experience whether you are new to a sales, service, management or team work or a seasoned veteran. All programs are built to a standard using the latest research and learning and development practices including Adult Learning, Interval Training and Discovery Learning principles. Our sales prorgrams are tiered and use the BARRETT Sales Competency Framework to map levels.
BARRETT's aim is to ensure your training project has maximum positive impact now and into the future. Given BARRETT's plug & play modular approach, competency, assessment and design capabilities we are able to accomodate both options. All programs and workshops are available to be run within your business (in-house) and some are also available as public programs.
