Customised TNA
The TNA is competency based and would use findings gathered from your Job Analysis project. BARRETT would customise the BARRETT Online Training Needs Analysis Questionnaire using Superior Performance competency data compiled from a competency profiling project. All participants would be rated on each competency, via a collaborative discussion with their direct manager. Findings will be summarised to identify indiviudal and group training priorities.
Assessment options
- Assessment Option 1:
- Each participant completes the TNAQ assessing their current performance with input from their Manager. This will create a shared understanding of expectations and provide joint decision making around want needs attention. Both the participant and manager are empowered and involved in process in an open and transparent way.
- Assessment Option 2:
- 180 degree assessment - each participant completes the TNAQ assessing their current performance on their own and their respective manager completes the TNAQ on each of their people independantly.
- Assessment Option 3:
- 360 degree assessment - each participant completes the TNAQ assessing their current performance on their own and their respective manager, peers, etc. complete the TNAQ on the nominate participant independantly.
