  • Graduate Reasoning Test (GRT1)
    This comprehensive test battery measures mental capacity and high level reasoning ability. Suitable for people at management or graduate level, it consists of three tests which measure verbal, numerical, and abstract reasoning.

  • Critical Reasoning Test Battery (CRTB)
    this group of tests provides a detailed and accurate measure of critical reasoning. It consists of verbal and numerical critical reasoning tests and can be used to assess general ability and identify a person's particular areas of strength and weakness. The tests have been designed to reflect real world issues which are close to those experienced in high calibre managerial functions and technical positions.

  • General Reasoning Tests (GRT2)
    Measuring verbal, numerical, and abstract reasoning ability, these tests are suited to a broader selection of people and are less affected by education and cultural backgrounds.

  • Clerical Test Battery (CTB2)
    This test battery assesses a range of clerical aptitudes and skills: verbal ability, numerical ability, clerical checking, spelling, and an on-screen typing test. Designed for general clerical and administrative positions, these tests can be used individually or as a group to produce a complete personal profile.

  • Technical Test Battery (TTB2)
    this test battery consists of mechanical reasoning, spatial reasoning, and visual acuity tests. All tests have been designed to assess people in technical and trade areas. The mechanical reasoning test measures a broad ability to understand physical principles such as optics, electrics, fluids, and mechanics. The spatial reasoning test assesses people in engineering and construction by assessing ability to understand the relationship of diagrams and patterns to manufactured objects and products. The visual acuity test assesses ability to check, repair, and replace electrical/electronic circuitry and components.

MEASURES OF PERSONALITY AND VALUES

Personality questionnaires provide a fair, objective and cost-effective method of predicting likely behaviour in a wide range of settings. They can be used to determine a personality profile across a wide range of characteristics or in conjunction with other evidence and to make predictions about likely success in a wide range of jobs. Developed entirely in the UK, Genesys offers a full range of measures of personality, interests and values with an extensive norm base and impressive validation evidence from both UK and international sources.
  • Occupational Personality Profile (OPP)
    a quick yet comprehensive test, this measures nine core personality traits that are relevant in the occupational setting and provides information on the individual's interpersonal style, thinking style, and patterns of coping with stress.

  • Fifteen Factor Questionnaire (15FQ™)
    This questionnaire measures 15 of the personality dimensions assessed by Cattell's 16PF, with the exception of intelligence. GeneSys assesses mental ability separately in the timed Graduate Reasoning, General Reasoning, or Clerical Test batteries.

  • Jung Type Indicator (JTI)
    A modern alternative to the Myers-Briggs type indicator, this assesses personality within the framework of Jung's type theory of personality: extroversion vs introversion; sensing vs intuiting; thinking vs feeling; and judging vs perceiving. This test is beneficial to examine how people interact in group settings, team building, and guidance.
