Article Perspective: In a rapidly changing environment it is important to maintain accurate information about the views and concerns of business managers regarding their organisation's strategic direction and deployment.

Barrett People Resources (BPR) is part of Barrett Consulting Group P/L .

This is the first BPR Online Business Survey for 2004.
Its compilation will provide proprietors of small to medium enterprises with valuable information for future organisational planning purposes.

In a rapidly changing environment it is important to maintain accurate information about the views and concerns of business managers regarding their organisation's strategic direction and deployment.

In order to provide relevant information to both you and your organisation we strongly encourage your participation in the survey. The survey should take approximately 15 minutes to complete. All individual responses are confidential and the final report will be available to all survey contributors.

To thank you for your participation, on completion of the survey, Barrett People Resources would like to offer you, an initial 1 hour free consulting session where our consultants will provide you with a personalised report detailing your survey results. During this session we would like to extend our offerings to you by allowing you access at NO CHARGE [1] to one of the following BPR tools:

  • Psychometric Assessment
  • Organisational Performance Indicator Questionnaire
  • Sales Process/ and Team Development Analysis
  • Workplace Relationship and Development Indicator (Key Talent Retention)
In addition to the above, following the completion of your assessments we will report back to you our findings via a second complimentary consulting session.

Information from the BPR 2004 Online Business Survey will be used to:

  • assess and address potential organisational needs for small to medium enterprises; and
  • produce a white paper outlining organisational trends
Survey closure is on 19th March 2004.

The Survey requires you to consider each question separately and to rate your organisation out of 10:

  • 1 being Poor
  • 10 being Excellent
in terms of where you believe your organisation is currently and where it needs to be in the future.

Questions fall into 7 categories:

  • Organisational Profile;
  • Leadership;
  • Strategic Planning;
  • Customer and Market Focus;
  • Measurement Analysis and Knowledge Management;
  • Human Resource Focus;
  • Process Management

Your responses will remain strictly confidential. The final report will contain only group results.
