BARRETT was established in 1995 and is based in Melbourne, Australia. We work with a wide range of businesses across industry including extensive experience the Banking & Finance, Building, Healthcare, Manufacturing and Services sectors. We use an evidenced based research approach and have developed a unique position in the market place developing IP specifically in the Australian Sales Competency space. Applying the latest research and market findings we integrate emotional intelligence (EI) with skill, knowledge, behaviour, values, process and strategy.
